At Greatstellar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
